Your privacy is important to us. It is Hozzle's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we're collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We do not sell your data. We may use service providers to help us operate Hozzle, including privacy-aware product analytics tooling, and we limit the data shared to what is needed for those services.

Analytics

Hozzle uses PostHog for product analytics so we can understand which features are being used, identify broken flows, and improve the app. This may include page views, app navigation, and feature usage events.

When you are signed in, analytics may be associated with your internal Hozzle account ID together with low-risk traits such as your role, subscription status, and signup cohort. We do not send your email address to PostHog by default.

You can turn product analytics off at any time from Hozzle's App Settings page. If you opt out, future analytics capture from your browser will be disabled.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, please navigate to your profile page and find the "Danger Zone" at the bottom of the page. Clicking the "Delete My Account" button will permanently remove all of your personal information, round history, and statistics from our systems. This action is irreversible.
